The 11th arrondissement is the most densely populated and lively district of Paris. It is here that you can see the life of modern Parisians without the romantic flair and historical references. It is full of students and young people, as housing prices are much lower than in the historic student district - the Latin Quarter. Transportation is very well developed - there are more metro stations here than in any other district of Paris.
